Who we are
Hi! I'm Robin Wilson
I believe every child deserves the joy and confidence that comes from learning to read.
As a first grade teacher with nearly 20 years of classroom experience, I’ve dedicated my career to helping young learners build strong literacy skills through practical, engaging lessons that are easy to implement. My favorite part of the day is sitting at the reading table and watching the magic happen when a child suddenly realizes, “I can read!”
My passion for teaching began long before I entered the classroom. While helping my son, who has cerebral palsy, learn to read, I discovered just how life changing patient, intentional instruction can be. Watching him grow into a reader inspired me to become a teacher so I could help other children experience that same confidence and success.
Today, I create ready to use classroom resources that are grounded in effective literacy practices and tested with real students before they ever reach yours. My goal is to help busy teachers spend less time planning and more time doing what they love most, teaching.
Whether you’re looking for Science of Reading resources, classroom activities, printable lessons, or simple ideas that make your day a little easier, I’m so glad you’re here. I hope the resources I share encourage you, save you time, and help your students grow into confident learners.
Thank you for stopping by!
Robin Wilson
